Nicole Zinn
BALLET, JAZZ, CONTEMPORARY
Miss Nicole began her dance training at Belliston Academy of Ballet in Littleton, Colorado at the age of 6. She first started with ballet and at the age of 8 added jazz, tap, modern and tumbling to her repertoire. She trained in the Royal Academy of Dance for 5 years and Cecchetti for 4 years and partook in annual examinations.
At age 11 she was accepted into their Pre-Professional program via audition. In 2003 and 2005 she participated in the Denver Ballet Guild Young Dancer’s Competition.
Nicole moved to Glenwood Springs in August 2006 and resumed her training at the Glenwood Dance Academy. She has attended several summer intensives including Colorado Ballet in 2008, American Ballet Theatre in 2009 and City Ballet of San Diego in 2012. She was invited to perform with Aspen Santa Fe Ballet in their production of The Nutcracker in 2010.
Nicole has taken multiple master classes from renowned teachers including Patricia Barker, Nathalie LeVine, Julie Kent, Paloma Herrera, Suki Schorer and Spencer Liff. She was a teacher assistant while in high school, and began teaching her own jazz, tap and contemporary classes after she graduated. Nicole is delighted to be teaching and sharing her passion of dance.

Miss Nicole is a Progessing Ballet Technique (PBT) certified instructor, creates beautiful choreography for our Competitive Company, and teaches:
