Bailey Barnum has been dancing since she was 18 months old, when she was invited to join her older sister’s dance class after the instructor saw her mimicking all the moves from the side. She quickly excelled in every genre, but found a deep love and passion for Tap dancing. She started attending regional dance competitions in 2013 and has been recognized regionally and nationally for her performances and choreography.

 

Pursuing her love of tap dancing, Bailey has attended international tap festivals in Canada as well as the Soul to Sole tap dance festival by Tapestry Dance Company, North America’s only full-time, professional repertory tap dance company.

 

Bailey is a true triple threat performer who has been featured in local musical theater productions as well as performing with the Glenwood Vaudeville Revue from 2018 – 2021. She was most recently recruited to step in as lead singer of The Missing Link Band after they heard her singing at a local karaoke night. Now Bailey is an instructor at Legacy Dance Company and is working to share her love of tap dancing with up-and-coming performers in the valley.
